Event based browsing - Chapters

I think in individual games, it should be possible to search/browse for events. I would like to implement a chapter system, so that going back it becomes possible to sort the games into Chapters and pages like a story.

    Inside a given game, i want to be able to dictate how to find events. I want to be able to number them in order - 1 to 100; to be able label them by chronology - "played on Jan 1, 2015"; i want to be able to use key-value pairs - "all events tagged with vampire".
