Option to Upload fitting music.
Having music for a specific scene could really help set a mood. Otherwise it could be difficult to determine just how much panic there is in a scene, or how empty a room is.

Yes! As someone who's creating original music for games (e.g. [this one](https://storium.com/game/runnin-dry)), I'd like the ability to have players and the narrator link music to go with the scene.

This might be done much later? I think Storium has their art appeal already planned out for now. I hope it's not cheesy when they do get around to sounds..

How do you hyperlink in Storium?

Maybe later on, Storium could hook up with Spotify or last.fm or some other service like that, yeah.

The problem is, this could link to music piracy. I wouldn't want Storium to get in trouble for that.

This idea is something I would love to see intregated but don't limit it to uploading but also directly linking it. For music as you said can set a scene and really show the correct mood, could also be used to upload sound effects for ambience.

A great deal of music is available on youtube and other sites, and can be linked directly. In my recent Storium beta-game I hyperlinked in narrative to offer writers an ambient option, but it would be nice to do it in a fixed spot, to be turned on or off by writers without interrupting the text.

I know folks have suggested music tracks to go with scenes- it would be cool, at some point, to also be able to embed small sound clips in Obstacle and NPC cards. Address that Vampire Lord, and hear Lugosi's famous "I never drink...wine." Use your Ancient Sword of Bloodletting Asset, hear the clatter of screams and the wails of your enemies. That sort of thing. Just a quick blurb, played when you very first play a card, for atmosphere.

It would be pretty cool if we could embed music with a scene, like embedding an image.
The solution I would like to see is something along the lines of using a service like sound-cloud to provide embedding

This would be probably after the social aspects are developed, but if I can set the visual setting for a scene, why not an audio one?

I'm working on a urban fantasy set in Detroit and it would be great to be able to add bits of "atmosphere" to the "Madness in Motown!"
