Allow any card to be Strong, Neutral, or Weak
Anything about a given character, whether that's their inherent traits, their goals, or their tools, will vary in usefulness and efficacy from situation to situation. I think Storium would be greatly improved if any card type could have any value (Strong, Neutral, or Weak) to reflect this. Right now the game engine tends to strain suspension of disbelief, but this change would help fix that.
Sometimes a gun is just the right thing to have, but sometimes it's just the wrong thing to have -- yet right now Storium says a Gun Asset card is only ever neutral. Similarly, sometimes being Brave is a great thing, but sometimes it just makes you do something stupid. But right now Brave could only be a Strength card, and it could never count against you.
I think that you should have a pool of Strong, Neutral, and Weak values that get assigned to cards as they're played. That way, you pick the card that best fits the situation and make it worth what you feel it should be worth, without being hamstrung by what type of card it is.

I like this, but from the Narrator's side. I like the idea of goals, assets and so on, having a value other than "Neutral" and sometimes I want them to be "Neutral". I don't know how I feel about a player having the ability to assign the value of a card. As it is now I've seen some odd judgement calls about playing an Anti-Social Weakness card on a challenge and hardly being able to justify playing it. I don't think a player should be able to say "Well, my character is a Socipath so his 'Feels Nothing' is still a good thing for the 6th time in this story."
