Hi. I'm German, though I'd like to think my English is pretty good. Now, I happen to know a goodly amount of other Germans who enjoy writing, storytelling or role-playing. Not all of them speak English to any appreciable amount but the basic idea of your project would most certainly appeal to them.

Now I realize that you need to get Storium off the ground first before you can do anything else but I would strongly suggest seeking localization for German and French at the very least. Or barring that, explicitly stating that it's okay to run stories in a different language from English, though some proper integration would be preferable for a variety of reasons such as not having to sort through foreign stories when looking for one or controlling allowed and integrated languages only when you have people who can understand those languages and explicitly hold people accountable in a pinch.

I used to GM on a MUSH in the early 2000s. It's shaped my outlook on people somewhat negatively. But I prefer control and accountability to trust. But I digress.

To make a long story short, I can assure you that there is interest in Storium being made available in other languages, at the very least German and French. Both countries have strong literary traditions and very active local RP communities. In fact I think this is so needed, I'd offer to lend a hand with localization -- I do have a background in English and German studies, though I admittedly never got to finish college. Integration would really come down to adding a drop-down menu to select the active language for a running story, and doing the same to filter the story lists by language.
