Show the feedback/request-changes form on the character info page
I had trouble finding the form to request changes to a character one player created. It's not accessible from the game itself, i.e. the character info page. I finally figured out I could get to it by going back to the Storium home page and clicking on the announcement on the left.

Character pages now display feedback/request changes fields for narrators and can be accessed via their profile.
