make challenges and posts editable during play
Just found out there is no way to edit a challenge as one of my players alerted me that both outcome texts were identical. Would be useful to make it editable so you can get rid of those errors.

Challenges and narrator posts are editable at any point during a scene (unless editing the challenge pip count would force a challenge completion).
