give narrators a single link for inviting players
Currently we have to email our players to invite them. It would be nice to have a "or give them this link" option for if we don't know their email addresses and having to go around and wait for all of them to give their emails to you.

Narrators are able to invite players either via their email addresses or their Storium username.
