Add a bit more structure...
It would be nice if there were more risks and rewards and rules to things that emphasized the "game" aspect as opposed to people being able to pretty much do anything. Maybe incorporate a bit from the rpg side of things? Its fun right now, but it doesn't feel like a game...
Maybe NPC's could play cards that would affect the characters, and maybe obstacles could have rewards cards attached to them that characters could see and divvy as opposed to just being given them randomly by the narrator. Something to increase the challenge and make it more rewarding when you do something awesome...
