Stop using x/x/x time formatting for dates
The x/x/x thing is unhelpful if you don't know the formatting, as there's no real way to tell whether it means day/month/year or month/day/year.
I would rather it just say 12th September 2015 for example, rather than 09/12/15 and have that confuse everyone.

Related to this, could we move away entirely from relative time stamps? No more 'Last Tuesday' or anything, just use the date and time.
