Allow for player card inventory editing
I've had some players take cards or play cards and the group felt it wasn't appropriate for that situation. It would be good for the narrator to be able to edit player card inventories to either increase or decrease card counts, or delete cards in hand.

For me, this has a lot to do with loyalty changes and PvP.

I've encountered a situation where I needed this too. A player's loyalty changed mid-game which required their subplot card to be changed. This time, I was able to edit the subplot card as the narrator because I made it myself and this player was the only one using that particular subplot.
I'm in favor of the narrator having more control of the players, particularly when the license is set to "Host License" which could be used denote that the narrator/host has this kind of control.

Also helpful for situations when a card is no longer applicable or relevant, e.g. a goal card related to a challenge that's now over, or an asset that's been destroyed due to circumstances.

Yes please, I just had a player pick up three stacks of cards on accident and I don't think there's a way for him to get rid of it.
