Allow more flexibility in editing
I get not wanting to allow changes to the story that has already happened, but people should be able to edit their characters (to change cards, for instance, not just description) before they have begun to play, or to delete a post before someone has responded to it. And I think an editing function should at least be available to the Narrator, if someone realizes belatedly that they said 'Joe' when they meant 'Jim' in a post and it's going to cause all sorts of confusion.
Players can now edit the characters and cards at any point. Players can edit posts in active scenes with a Revision Request, and they can edit completed scenes without narrator intervention.

I think it's better to allow the editing in an unlimited way rather than until the next move, because in a fast-moving game a mistake can be "set in stone" permanently. Also, the narrator can request revisions any time, but can't edit their own move once another move is made, how much sense does that make?
It would just be a lot easier for people to cooperate if they could align their stories when someone makes a mistake, and didn't have to worry that someone else would post while editing and set it all in stone. If someone is going to make a dick move like invalidating someone else's move in an edit, they're going to be a problem on a lot of other levels as well and freezing edits won't stop that.
