Tag a game as NSFW immediately if the narrator does so.
Right now, to be tagged as NSFW, a game has to get multiple tags from various viewers, which makes sense. However, some games are obviously going to be NSFW (with violent or erotic content) from the very beginning and the narrator states as much even on their recruiting page.
Perhaps, if the narrator of a story tags the game as NSFW, it should forgo the requirement for needing to be tagged by multiple people.

Thanks for the feedback! That’s actually how it works right now — if the narrator tags their game, it is tagged immediately for everyone.

Hmm, I wonder if we could detect when that happens. e.g. when a narrator says "NSFW" in the game description. We'll put that on our list!
