Allow narrators to delete or alter player Cards.
We had a situation in which I had taken a subplot card that was already taken by another player. Our narrator had intended for us each to have different subplot cards, but there was no way for me or the narrator to delete or edit the card once the character had been made.

This should be improved in Gamma. Narrators can edit cards at any time, even if players are holding them.
