Reward wild cards from completed goals AFTER refreshing cards
If you use up all your strengths and weaknesses and complete a goal at the same scene, when you refresh you do NOT get your cards back. The wildcard reward prevents it.
Wild cards, and other rewards, should be given AFTER refreshing a players hand.
