When creating a character, there is a link on the left side of the screen: “Review game info and existing characters…” — this link will show you the narrator’s description of the game, as well as any other characters that have already been submitted.

Once you have submitted your character (and after it has been approved, if this is an open invitation game), you can get to the game description by going to the game page and clicking on the little tab sticking out below the game banner. (You can actually click anywhere on the game banner.) This will open a drawer that contains all the game’s info, including the narrator’s description.
