Allow players to take over games as Narrator after extended period of Narrator inactivity or ineffective activity
Some games stall when Narrators either go missing, or only post ineffective content that doesn't really move the game along. After a reasonable amount of time, or a string of ineffective posts, it would be great if the players could contact Storium and request that the game be reassigned to one of them.
Most players put a lot of thought, time and energy into their characters and their posts, so when Narrators are absent, or when their posts reflect a low level of interest in the game, players have to either wait it out, or retire. Either option is frustrating, and seems unfair.
There are many great Narrators out there, but there are also those who seem to be more interested in having a long list of "Narrating" titles than in actually nurturing the games that they started.
There are also many great writers out there who are devoted to the games they're playing, and I think that rather than letting a dormant game die, it would be great for the players, and Storium, if others could be given a chance to keep the game going.

Stalled games must be one of the biggest causes of disillusionment with Storium. Only narrator absence is automatically fatal for a game. I don't think there'd be a risk of coups.
I'd suggest that Storium automatically emails a narrator after one week, two weeks and three weeks of inactivity on any given game, and after three weeks allows some form of takeover. A fair automatic process for takeover might take a bit of work (a voting system?) but perhaps a human admin could manage it until then (just joining the game and asking for comments)?
