Add a true wild card
I'm finding in one game that having wild strengths as goal rewards is strangely limiting. I know there'll be more reward options in the future, but what if one of those options was a true wild card? The player could set it as strong or weak (or possibly neutral, I suppose) when it's played. That would allow for a LOT more flexibility.

I think that wild cards you get as rewards for playing out hooks or subplots should be truly wild. You choose at the time you play it whether it's a strength or a weakness. That would solve the whole lopsided reward issue. Sometimes the weak outcome is the more desirable one based on the situation.

Agreed. I appreciate being rewarded with cards when I complete a goal, but weak cards are not necessarily a bad thing. It seems unbalanced that the only way we can currently acquire more/different weak cards is through card refreshes when we play out our hands, while strong cards can be acquired in the middle of a hand by completing a goal.
