Comment Emails Should Include the Comment Text
Notifications related to a new comment should include the text of the comment, as move notifications currently do.

FYI, this is done! Comment emails now include the comments themselves. If there have been a lot of comments within a short period of time, we also batch them up into a single email (and include the text for each comment) — much like how comments in Google Docs work.

I'd like to have the option to see comments or not as a narrator. I think it's helpful to see the comment text in games where comments are infrequently used, but in games where there is a lot of offstage chatter going on in comments, I'd like to turn this off.
