add a "concluding paragraph" field when choosing to end a scene.
I really like being able to describe the outcome of a scene for the character, but it would be nice to be able to attach a paragraph describing how or why you chose that option, something that would allow me to narrate the outcome into the body of the scene rather than just the behind the scenes mechanics.

FYI, the newest version of Storium (Alpha 2) has this feature.
