Indicate when someone else is writing a move
It would be nice to know when someone else is typing something, so we don't cross post or step on each others' toes.

Game pages now display when another player is writing a move to prevent posting overlap. Thanks!

It would also be great to have visual representation (icon) of which characters have moved in a scene, and which haven't. Curently in a game with 7 characters and I'd like to know who has moved by glancing at the Cast portraits.
