allow players to save a character draft
In case you can't finish a character at the time, it would be nice to have the option to save it, unsubmitted, until you can finish :)

Agreed, one of my players has made edits in response to suggested changes, but wants more time to flesh out their character. I'm content for them to, but in the current state I have to resuggest for them to make more edits. Separate 'save' and 'submit' functions would be ideal to save back and forthing.
