When a narrator requests a revision on a move, because the played cards don't match the description, the player should have the option to remove or alter cards in a move. So far a player can only add cards in a move.

Since the player can add cards, this might lead to more cards in a challenge being played, than needed for the challenge. If a player alters cards in a move targetted toward a challenge, all other player, who played cards toward that challenge should automatically have to revise their moves, too - or at least they should get a hint that something has changed.
