It's good to see forums.

Is there going to be number unread, RSS, or messaging?

I am very glad to see the addition of the forums, but I'm not sure how I feel about the Looking for Players browser filter going away. I enjoy browsing through the list of open games and while the Looking for Players forum is a great additional tool for recruitment, I'm a bit concerned that it will be a noisier method for browsing open games. I'm wondering if we couldn't have both options and allow them to compliment each other. You can use the Looking for Players browse filter to glance through open games and the Looking for Players forum to have more in-depth conversations about joining a game. And maybe some way to link the two, so you could easily add a link to the recruitment forum thread for your game right to the game's description.

We're very close! Most of the forum code is now done, and we've just brought on a community manager to help us run things. Shouldn't be much longer now. Thanks everyone for your patience!

I agree. There's a lot of nuance to learn, and I'd love to get the benefit of some of the cool things other narrators have figured out.

Forums would be awesome.

Players can discuss strategies.
Narrators can discuss strategies.

Advice can be given on how to start.
People can get to know each other.

This would be a great resource for narrators - I think general forums would also be interesting for people to talk about games, either to coordinate ones they are in or to talk about ones they have favourited. It could also be useful to organize, recruit, and get inspired for new stories.
