Scale Refreshes
Refresh is a really interesting thing to happen to a character, and it'd be awesome to have that happen faster early on - by my experience, it takes a couple of weeks before first refresh.
What if at character creation, you got 1 Strength card, 1 Weakness and 1 Wild each.
At first refresh, you pick up your 2 S, 1 W, where the new S card is a copy of any of the cards you played (so you could have more of your starting S, or more of your Wild S.)
At second refresh, you take 2 S, 2…

Gradual Card Limit
I've noticed that large-challenge scenes often drag on, while short ones lack impact.
What if: at scene start, players each have a card limit of 2. When the Narrator Continues, that goes up by one.
If a scene is really dragging (because e.g. some players feel like their character can't contribute, or a player is having time-availability issues), the Narrator could continue (possibly dropping an Asset or two) and let the other players wrap up the scene in a satisfying way, rather than having to end the scene unfinished.

Allow world creators to give out passes to their worlds
If I create a premium story world, I'd like to be able to give out passes that people can use instead of paying for the content. This would be useful for Patreon perks, contest prizes, etc.

searchable cards
When you grow your story with your players, over time you can amass quite a number of cards. It can be bothersome to find the cards you need. A text search / filtering mechanism that limits the cards you see down as you enter a text you are searching for would be very helpful.

Offer "game type" selections
I think people are really confused about what they should and shouldn't be doing as players and narrators. Some games do well as amorphous free-for-alls, but anything a narrator actually puts effort into creating can struggle hard from players writing extra details into the setting, writing for the narrator's characters, and making wild shifts to plot. A mode describing the game type and resulting scope of moves could help freeform players find freeform games, and players looking for more depth of plot to find games with their type of challenge.

Do something different with word count restrictions
I understand why you have the word count limit. But I think it either needs to be increased (especially for early on in stories, when we're trying to provide character development) or at the very least have the countdown displayed from the very beginning. It was frustrating to be typing along and then all of a sudden "98 words left". Well, crap, now I have to go back and delete some stuff. Knowing exactly where we are at all times with the word count limit would be very helpful.

Narrator Info Page
We need a narrator info page separate from the teaser page. There are a lot of different ways to play this game, and there should be some place for the narrator to express there expectations and play style. Formatting, voice, tense, and how the narrator wants the cards played. These things just don't fit well in the teaser part.

View challenge history
From the play a card section it would be really useful to be able to somehow view all the posts the relate to a particular challenge. When there is lots going on, it's sometimes hard to remember everyone's moves and it would be good to be able to use previous responses as inspiration for your own move, or at least so you can write with consistently with the action.

Quick scroll when you click on feed activity
If you could set it up so that the page automatically scrolls to the bottom of the scene when you click the link in "[So-and-so] has made a move in [Epic Story Name]. Minor thing, but I'm sure it's easy enough to incorporate. It can be annoying scrolling through very deep scenes, especially on a mobile device.

Save card after adding/altering image attribution
Right now, you can only save a card if you alter the text (or the image, I think). If you crop the image or add an attribution, it doesn't recognize that any changes have been made. You should be able to save after making these kinds of minor alterations without having to make false edits.

Display real names in comments.
I'm playing with friends and now I have to remember that Harris is IxianPrime is my friend Jordan. The email notifications show the players real name after the character name, so should the comments in-game.

Allow players to perform retrospective (feedback) after the close of a scene.
With the close of the scene, allow all players to give feedback about the scene. I think the retrospective could be simple as a sprint retrospective:
- What should the group "start doing"
- What should the group "stop doing"
- What should the group "continue doing"

provide a way to fix mistakes when handing out cards (like removing said cards).
I accidentally provided some Goal cards when I meant to provide Assets. It'd be awfully nice if I could fix this rather than just making my players kludge their way through.
(It's such an easy mistake. Just click the wrong button to create a new card, and then the UI is identical.)

Change landscape commentary placement on iPad and similar devices
I like how comments works for my iPad when in portrait, but I normally use my iPad in Landscape mode, and the commentary box is much too small in that case. I suggest either changing it to work that way at all times, or allow users to toggle the placement themselves.

Better system for reading Games
Just tried out the 'Favorite' on one of the games. The 'Favorites' screen doesn't seem like it would be very easy to keep track of if you follow multiple games. Perhaps something like a list of stories that you're reading, with a couple graphic flags that marked when there were new players or moves? That way you could tell at a glance if a story had updated and what. Visiting would show you what those updates were.

Expand Card save, play, and use options for narrator cards. see description for specific suggestions.
Saving: option to make Any card permanent (like location and character cards currently are, remain after played) or temporary (like asset, goal and challenge cards currently are- disappear after played a setable number of times);
option to save Any card's play details: after writing and with its play details - like outcome suggestions, number of points and cards in a stack, etc.
Location: option to be playable anytime and more than one per scene;
Character: option to be playable more than once per scene (currently can be done by duplicating).

Character journals
Allow people to write a side character journal if they were t involved in a scene, or between scenes, during intermission / what have you. The narrator could award new cards if they wanted, or credit toward a goal or sub plot.

Organize Commentary Blog Style
The commentary bar on the right would be rather more convenient if it could be convenient in the newest->oldest blog style, so that new commentary doesn't require endless scrolling.

"To the Top" function
In the mobile set-up specifically you can scroll forever and not find the bottom or the top of a page but there can still be a lot of scrolling in the browser as well. I would like to see a "to the top" option after each person's post and at the top a "To the Comments" and "To the Bottom" option as well as a footer with a link to the home page in it. These options will make site navigation easier on a mobile device and in standard browsers.

Put the entries from the daily digest email in chronologial order
At the moment, they are aggregated like so:
• The narrator ended a scene (3 total)
• The narrator started a new scene (3 total)
etcIt would be more useful if you could list the flow of posts as it actually happened, and maybe highlight the most recent move.
