    Currently, any card in play is visible to everyone, and each characters’ cards are visible to everyone. The only cards that are “private” are the ones that the narrator holds in their hand.

    We’ve toyed with various ideas for making some information “secret”. This is a good addition that we will put into the mix, thank you.

    I actually do "downtime" scenes and issue challenges such as "Reveal some of your characters backstory", "Talk about who you lost", or "Bring the group together" and assign 1 point to them...my player's seem to like this approach.

    agree, I'd like to be able to give out rewards that are specifically weakness cards (such as Maimed or Polymorphed.
