FYI we are looking at ways to do this. One that we particularly like is to link “as of now” edits to playing your Nature card, and thus making it a big event in your character’s evolution. For example, when Luke’s Nature card changes from “Farmboy” to “Rebel pilot”, and his photo and description get updated to match.

I think this might be already coming "Narrator intel" section, but I'm not sure.

It would be neat if the narrator had a spot, hidden to the players, where she could take some notes on loose ends, etc...

This is a good idea. I was also considering running parallel games in the same world. It would be great if the players in each story could see how the other story was going without me having to make them all entirely public.

Just to play devil's advocate - in this kind of story game, the players are as much in control of the narrative as the Narrator in many cases. It's not like D&D where people say, "I try to..." They just say what they do, and succeed or fail as they describe.

If a player wants to narrate opening the door in a way that doesn't use the key, or narrates using the key but decides to use other cards to do it, why not allow them to create the story they want to create?

I feel like in this game it's not the Narrator's job to dictate how things turn out. The Strong and Weak Outcomes that are written by Narrators are described in the Help section as "a guide." It's more their job to put obstacles in front of the Cast.

Just like Places, Characters are a part of the Scene. Having their picture card there (with its short synopsis) will help the players to keep track of the supporting cast.
