Allow Narrators to allow or force card plays to be hidden
Currently, card plays are visible to all players. Given that the player to last play a card gets narrative control (within the confines of the strong/weak ending), this creates a discentive towards playing a card first.
I believe a solution could be to provide a function for players to play cards without revealing to the group (apart from the narrator) that cards have been played. Although you can see the other players moves, and know their general Strengths and Weaknesses, you won't know if the challenge has been met until the Narrator reveals such.
This approach would obviously not always…

Limit the amount of pending applications
Most of the time I am applying for a game, spending time in designing a character, and then ending up getting my character rejected due to "too many applications".
Is is possible for the narrator to limit the amount of "open spots"? For example, if the narrator looks for 6 people in his/her story, then the maximum amount of open spots should not be more than 6. I have seen cases where there were over 18 pending applications.

Character Place Cards
I think it would be valuable for characters to have the ability to create their own Place cards. These wouldn't be playable cards for them, so would act like the Nature cards currently available, but would instead be available for the Narrator to use when setting new scenes. They could be used to describe a character's home or shop, or maybe just a favorite hangout, and give them yet another tool to help expand the world around them and the flow of the narrative.

Gender select for NPC
Offer the ability to choose a gender for NPCs, and switch the pronouns automatically. It'd be convenient if, for example, in the game I'm playing, the PI, who needs to be a woman for the sake of the story, had all her pronouns automatically switched from the default male. It'd also be cool to have gender-neutral pronoun sets available to choose from.

secret votes
Allow players to secretly vote on posts they like, so the narrator can see which ones are resonating well amongst his players.

it would be nice if we could get updates for the games we are in via twitter

Flag characters who are out of moves/cards
Since you can only have three cards per scene, it'd be useful to flag a character in a scene who had played his three. Useful for you, since you know you can't play any more and useful for other players since they know they have to carry the can.
Likewise, it would be useful to flag someone who just ran out of cards and is picking up his hand again.

change the options for "you've submitted" and "you're playing" displays on main page
If I, say, decide to submit a bunch of character profiles to try my luck in a bunch of games that are pretty selective or getting a lot of applications, it'll be really annoying to scroll down to actually find the games I AM playing. A customizable option to change that order would be great? Or some way just to collapse the "you've submitted..." list so it isn't annoying when all you wanna do is access the game you're playing.

Explain what the user name will be used for when creating an account
I don't know whether I need to choose a very neutral name that will fit with any story, or whether the name I choose during account creation is just a system thing and I'll be able to display different names for different stories. A small explanation when creating the account would be nice.

Add a generic Supers world
I'm not entirely sure how worlds work yet, but I'm wondering whether a generic "world set" for supers (ala Champions, M&M, et al) would make things easier on novice GMs during the beta.

list potential characters
The looking for players screen lists approved characters, but not pending characters. If it did both, we'd know not to both with a game that already has 10 applicants. You could also sort games in that view by the number of applicants.
You could let Narrator's choose their desired number, and then sort by how far a game is from reaching that number.

Ad favoriting to games looking for players
If you want to join a game but don't have time to right now, it would be good to be able to favorite the game so you can come back to it later.

Narrator's notes section on the cards
It would be handy if each card had a section only the Narrator could see - a kind of 'secret notes of this character', where you could put quick notes to remember things like "never uses contractions" or "remember, police station is around the corner from here".

Make it easier to go back and edit characters during creation
I tried to go back to change my character type in a game, and cancelled the character, and that meant i wasn't in the game anymore! I just wanted to change character classes.

Allow players and Narrators to edit comments
Pretty straightforward I think. Kind of frustrating if you make a typo and then have to give everyone another email alert just to explain that you made a typo and correct it.

Allow avatars to be loaded from the web
Character avatar box should be allowed to load from a web URL instead of only uploads. This would be more convenient for players on mobile devices.

More Flexible System
I'd like there to be more flexibility in how the cards system can be used. For example, allow an asset that is also a strength or give "injury" cards to a character that are also weaknesses. It would also be appropriate sometimes to allow the characters to narrate the end of a scene if they finish with a strong outcome.

Change how NPC characters work
I know that there is already a suggestion to: "Allow narrators to pick NPC characters for scenes without making them obstacles." But I don't think this goes far enough. Right now, characters are identical to obstacles and in many cases that does not make sense.
How this game handles NPCs as obstacles makes no sense, even when they are supposed to be hostile. When you write an NPC card, you naturally want to write a description of who they are. However, when you play such a card, your players have no idea how he/she is an obstacle. When you play…

List of Features Ideas
Hello there,
I've kicked the tires and made a couple videos highlighting the great features.
There are a couple of features (mostly options) missing that I hope you'll add soon.
The ability to let Narrators allow Players to create scenes; or grant this on a Player-by-Player basis. Maybe I like the writing style/chops of a Player and want to make them my Lietenant and let them help me run things.
The ability to Create More than one Scene at a Time (running simultaneously) This would allow for side exposition, or even the exploration of flashbacks while not beholden to the…
